Jamie Spears Splits from Fiancee

Jamie Spears, sister of Britney Spears has split with her boyfriend, and father of her child - she has moved back home to live with mom.

Spears, 18, says the relationship has slowly been falling apart, and now she is dating someone else. That was fast.

“She’s going through a lot of changes,” says a Spears family friend. “It has been painful. She’s a young mother and struggling in a lot of areas.”

“She did a lot of growing up but he didn’t,” says a source. “I think she put up with more than she cared to put up with. She just got enough of it and was tired of the situation.”

She’s now dating James Watson, 28, who owns a multi media company.

Sean Combs Give Son $300K for 16th B-Day

Sean “Diddy” Combs has upped the ante on MTV’s “My Super Sweet 16.”

The reality show is fond of documenting the coming of age party of wealthy American teens, and the highlight usually comes in the episode when the newly 16-year-old gets a new car from their folks. In Combs’ case, however, his teen son Justin Dior didn’t just get a car — he got a Maybach, according to the NY Daily News.

The silver car, worth more than $300,000, was wrapped in a big red bow outside of the M2 Ultralounge, where Justin and his pals celebrated his big day.

But Combs didn’t just give the teen a car. According to the paper, he gave Justin a check for $10,000, which the youngster turned around and donated to Wyclef Jean’s charity, Yele Haiti.

“Seeing Justin grow up is a big deal for me,” Combs told the partygoers, MTV reported. “This is him entering manhood. I know a lot of y’all out there can relate to it. I wanna take this time out to say, Justin, I love you, from the bottom of my heart.”

Bristol Palin sues Levi Johnson

Bristol Palin is suing her ex-boyfriend, Levi Johnson for owed back child support. The claim is that Levi owes owed $18,350, based on required payments of $1,750 a month since the December 2008.

Alaskain law requires child support of up to 20% of your income, up to $105k. According to Palin and her attorney, Johnson only paid $4,400 in the 13 months instead of the $22,750 he owed.

Bristol has provided nearly 100 percent of the care and custody for the parties’ child,” her lawyer, Thomas Van Flein, said in the complaint. “However, Bristol has received only limited and sporadic child support payments from Mr. Johnston.”

Kim Kardashian: There’s no engagement bet!

Kim Kardashian is slamming reports from the New York Post and other outlets reported that she made a marital bet with her longtime boyfriend Reggie Bush. The paper said that Kardashian, 29, recently said in a radio interview that she and Bush, 24, made a deal: if Bush’s New Orleans Saints win the Super Bowl, he’ll ask her to marry him.

“This is not true,” Kardashian said on her blog.

Heidi Montag Not Kidnapped

On Wednesday afternoon (January 13), police arrived at “Hills” stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s home after receiving a call about an attempted kidnapping. TMZ initially reported that a 911 call was placed by a neighbor who said that someone was trying to kidnap Montag.

According to reports, a man who allegedly works for Pratt had been arrested after police stormed the house. The suspect has now been released and Montag said in a statement to People magazine that the whole incident was a misunderstanding. TMZ added that no crime had been committed and that the man who had been briefly detained by authorities did eventually make his way back into the Pratts’ residence.

According to Montag, she was making her way into her home and the sight of her face covered with a scarf prompted a neighbor to call 911 thinking she was in danger. The misunderstanding was quickly cleared up.

“We’re grateful this was only a false alarm and I just had my pink Hermès scarf over me,” Montag told People. “A neighbor was concerned and called the police. We’re thankful to the LAPD for their response and making sure we were safe.”
