Lady Gaga, AKA Stefani Germanotta, is being sued for $30.5 million dollars by ex lover and producer/songwriter, Rob Fusari. In court papers, Fusari alleges that he has not received his share of royalties or merchandise revenue from Gaga’s explosive career.

Fusari, who is credited for the smash hit, Bootylicious, said he launched Gaga’s career. He claims he reshaped her entire image which ultimately turned her into Lady Gaga and alleges he secured her record deal with Interscope Records, which released album, The Fame in 2008. The album has sold more than 3 million copies in the US alone.

Fusari claims that when their romantic relationship crumbled, so did their business relationship. He is claiming he has been refused his 20% share of song royalties, 15% of merchandising revenue and other outstanding monies. He confirms receiving approximately $611,000 but claims that is a fractuion of what he is owed.

Lady Gaga has yet to respond.

Mischa Barton is being sued by a New York landlord for allegedly failing to pay her rent. According to the complaint, the 23-year-old former “The O.C.” actress failed to pay three months worth of rent on her $7,000 a month TriBeCa apartment.

M.R.A. Realties said Barton refused to respond to their attempts to collect the rent. They are now demanding her to pay the full rent amount and the legal fees they incurred with the complaint.

The actress signed the lease in Manhattan to work on the CW canceled series “The Beautiful Life,” according to eonline.com. She is currently in town to film a guest role on “Law & Order: SVU.”

Her rep declined to comment on the actress’ latest legal mess, but did mention concluding her “SVU” shoot Friday, saying “all’s gone off without a hitch,” referring to a recent report that she has repeatedly been messing up her lines.
