Tiger Woods New Mansion in Florida

Tiger Woods is apparently staying in Florida. There have been rumors that he was going to take up permanent residence in NYC but that appears to be false. TMZ.com reported that the newly single golfer filed legal documents showing he took out a mortgage of $54.5 million for his new Florida mansion….The mortgage should be paid by 2016. The mansion is located on Jupiter Island and reportedly has a tennis court, oxygen therapy room, pools and a fitness center.

Tiger Woods Divorce Finalized, Rachel Uchitel Wants Him Back

Tiger Woods has finalized his divorce to Elin Nordegren. Most of the divorce details are being kept quite but we do know that Elin legally changed her last name back to her maiden name. Also, we know that she wasn’t about to mess around - she hired eight attorneys from three cities and London while Woods employed just one. Now that the divorce is final, Rachel Uchitel is apparently propositioning Woods to come back to her. Uchitel’s reportedly told a friend, “I feel horrible for him. He loved her. But he was in love with me. I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me.”

Tiger Woods to Pay $750 Million in Divorce Agreement

The terms of the divorce were intensely negotiated and are finally complete. Elin Nordegren will receive between $750 million and $833 million and will have full physical custody of the children. In return, she agrees to never speak publicly about Tiger’s extramarital affairs or write any tell all books. This remains in effect even after his death. The will share legal custody of their two kids and Tiger will get to see the children up to half of each week but, according to the Sun, he can’t be in the company of any woman when with his kids - unless he’s married or engaged to her.

Porn Star, Devon James has claimed that her son, Austin, was fathered by Tiger Woods. TMZ recently reported that but apparently a DNA test (Devon claimed was never completed) has come out, confirming Tiger is in fact NOT the father! Devon’s story concerning her and Tiger’s love affair has also changed over time. Initially, Devon said that Tiger paid her and another girl $2,000 each to have a threesome with him. She then changed her story and said that she initially had sex with Tiger in 2000 when she was 19 years old and attending a Christian School Program. Uchitel on James: “My personal opinion is that (Joslyn) had originally said she didn’t want to go down that road — then she did. To each their own. If this is the way she wants to make a living, then that’s how she’s going to go and promote it. It’s probably more money than she had before.”

James’ response: “I find it extremely funny that she is choosing to bash me in saying I am now making a career for myself from Tiger. Oh yeah, that’s right. She got PAID from Tiger to keep her mouth shut.”

James went back for more on Monday, writing, “I think (Rachel is) a bed jumper and she needs to get a hobby — and a real job, like the rest of us — instead of making a living out of exploiting married men and trying to ruin families like she did.”

…..A real job? Like your porn and stripper career? Wow! Well, I am sure Uchitel will respond soon and we it will be as tried and trite as James’ comments. Ho hum….They should just get back to doing what they do best and that is jumping in bed with every swinging dick that passes them by.

Elin Heads to Sweden, Tiger Stays in US - Divorce Going Forward

Elin took both children with her to Sweden to reportedly visit with family and to check on the construction progress of her newly purchased $3 million home. She plans to spend quite a bit of time there with her children but sans Tiger as it has been reported that she is definitely pursuing a divorce from Tiger. An US magazine insider reported that prior to heading to Sweden, Elin and her mother met with a divorce lawyer.

We knew it was coming and here it is….The multitude of mistresses involved with Tiger Woods and Jesse James’ disgusting gal, Michelle McGee, were offered a stint on a show called “Celebrity Cheaters.” The only problem is that it currently does not have any financial backing but is using the Woods and James’ scandals to pitch around town. Jim Carrey Tweets: Elin Played Role in Tiger’s Affairs

Jim Carrey recently tweeted about his breakup with long time girlfriend Jenny McCarthy. Now, he is talking about someone else’s relationship - Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren. Recently, Carrey exposed his own belief about Elin’s role in Tigers affairs. He tweeted, “No wife is blind enough to miss that much infidelity,” Carrey tweeted Friday. “Elin had 2 b a willing participant on the ride 4 whatever reason. kids/lifestyle.” He was quick to clarify that he does not condone cheating and also denied ever cheating on McCarthy.

Amid the uproar of responses and pressure from his camp, Carrey made a follow up tweet saying, “My people called and said I might have to tame my tweets a little,” he confessed Saturday. “So here goes…I’m going to make a sandwich now. peanut butter.(sigh)” Ever the funny man, he later tweeted, “Well, I ate my inoffensive sandwich with an acceptable glass of milk and took the dogs out, while avoiding any controversial thought,” he tweeted, “…then I was sexually assaulted by Ben Roethlisberger! Tiger Woods Arrives in Augusta, Ga. Elin and Kids Nowhere In Sight

Tiger Woods has arrived in Augusta, Ga and has started preparing for the Masters, playing a round of golf with Mark O’Meara. However, Elin will not be attending the tournament. While she has attended in the past, she was never the person to greet him at the 18th green. A source commented, “Elin has not even been the person on the 18th green at the Masters — it’s always been one of his parents.”

The Masters is supposed to be about Tiger’s return to golf and not their marriage and Elin wants to keep their personal life out of his professional world. Good luck with that Elin!
