Kermit The Frog Denies Romance With Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga and Kermit the Frog shared a smooch at the VMAs red carpet, and immediately the rumors started. Lady Gaga may be used to all sorts of allegations swirling around her, but Kermit eschews controversy.

The loveable Muppet vehemently denied the rumors that he and Lady Gaga were involved in a hot romance. Kermit wants to protect his G-rated reputation, the last thing he needs is a story that he’s romantically involved with the flamboyant singer.

Isn’t pretty sad when even a fictional frog doesn’t want anything to do with Lady Gaga, maybe that’s why she faked a suicide during her MTV performance.

I hope our favorite frog has learned his lesson, and will never again kiss the likes of Lady Gaga.

Kanye West Apologizes

Kanye West apologized for yet another one of his outburst at the MTV Video Music Awards, this time directed at country-pop sweetheart Taylor Swift. The disruption upstaged not just Swift’s awards speech, but the entire evening, including an emotional tribute to Michael Jackson.

In a rare conciliatory moment, West took to his blog to apologize. In a standard all-caps message, West said: “I’M SOOOOO SORRY TO TAYLOR SWIFT AND HER FANS AND HER MOM. I SPOKE TO HER MOTHER RIGHT AFTER AND SHE SAID THE SAME THING MY MOTHER WOULD’VE SAID. SHE IS VERY TALENTED!”

Taylor Swift wins VMA, but THEN….

After Taylor Swift — who is just 19 years old, mind you — won the award for Best Female Video at the VMAs, Kanye rushed the stage, took the mic from her and proclaimed Beyonce had “one of the best videos of all-time.”

For her part, Beyonce looked completed mortified by Kanye’s childish actions.
