William Balfour - Pleased Not Guilty to Killing Jennifer Hudson’s Family

William Balfour pleaded not guilty today to first-degree murder and home-invasion charges in the Oct. 24 slayings of the Oscar winning Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew.
Prosecutors have said the shootings stemmed from an argument Balfour had with Julia Hudson, allegedly over another man.
