“The Dark Knight”: Still #1 At Box Office

The Dark Knight
The Dark Knight holds onto its number one spot at the weekend box office and pulls in another $75.6 million. This brings the ten-day total to $314.2 million which sets yet another record.

In 2006, it took Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest 16 days to cross the $300 million mark. The next record up for breaking is the $400 million mark which was set by Shrek 2 in 2004 and took 43 days to accomplish.

4. The X-Files: I Want to Believe - $10.2
5. Journey to the Center of the Earth - $9.4
6. Hancock - $8.2
7. Wall-E - $6.3

9. Space Chimps - $4.4
10. Wanted - $2.7
