Lots of differences (obviously different poses for one, so it’s not a complete apples to apples comparison, but its the same photoshoot with the above a normal photo, and the bottom a doctored one), but the biggest is probably Cheryl Tweedy (in the purple dress second from the left). In the above photo she’s got a tiny little bump in her stomach that was smoothed out in the bottom.

      Um, no. The second shot is using a flash, so shadows underneath the natural light source (i.e. stomach bumps) are now lit. Not shooped.
