The Smithsonian refuses suit worn by OJ Simpson during murder trial

The Smithsonian Institute rejected the offer to have the OJ Simpson suit - the one he wore when acquitted of the murder of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldberg - in their collection. The curator
The Smithsonian made the following statement on their website: “The Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History will not be collecting O.J. Simpson’s suit,” it said. “The decision was made by the museum’s curators together with the director.”
This decision squashes the judges attempt to resolve the 13-year court battle over this infamous suit: Fred Goldman, father of one of the slain victims, has been battling OJ’s former sports agent, Mike Gilbert.
