They tried to make me go to the dentist I said no, no, no.
You know, it’s bad enough that she looks as if she could have small woodland creatures living in her hair. Then you throw in the lack of teeth and I just can’t understand how Amy Whinehouse is famous. Her music sucks and she looks like she was plucked out of a back alley in London somewhere after a few years of doing meth. I just don’t understand it.

Music has hit a downward spiral and a goddess will ahve to take over, like Angelina needs to learn to sing.
I agree with acidbarbie. Amy’s musical gifts - writing, singing, raw emotional interpretation, are enormous. It is truly sad that she is as self-destructive as she is. Looking at this picture, I would guess she is a meth addict. It destroys the brain and dries the eyes and mouth. The teeth fall out. The body loses appetite for anything but meth. The body becomes emaciated. Her system is aging out of control prematurely. That is a truly evil drug, like something from a horror movie. It turns people into mad raving zombies.
Meth not only burns up the serotonin and dopamine receptors, it destroys them, altering the brain after only one dose and causing instant addiction. Someone described the destruction as cutting main limbs off a tree. The neurotransmitter receptors are literally burnt out.
There is no real ‘rehab’ for this. The brain is damaged, like torching a cathedral. When I look at Amy and also Britney Spears (who is not as talented IMHO) I see brain damage. If they were to get a SPECT scan of their brains which shows glucose/oxygen use to give a 3-D image you would see something that looked like Swiss Cheese.
Increasingly, this is not something they can just ’snap out of’ unfortunately. How long she will last, her body at least, I cannot guess; but her music will. It is frightening to watch someone decline in this way when there is so much to honor and celebrate - but one can only do this if the brain is healthy and not damaged.
Protect your brain. It is the seat of all you are capable of being, and the driver of your body’s health.
