Tina Sherman: Nude Photos Leaked, Suing McDonald’s
Nude photos of Tina Sherman appeared on the internet after her husband Philip accidentally left his cell phone at an Arkansas McDonald’s this summer.
Hold on a minute. You’re probably asking yourself who the hell this Tina Sherman lady is right? Well after clicking every link possible, I’ve come to the conclusion that she’s the chick whose nudey pics landed on the internet when her hubby left his phone at McDonald’s.
That’s right folks. She’s just a random chick. But she and her husband are pissed to say the least and are now suing the fast food giant with claims of emotional distress and hardship.
Say what?!??!
The whole thing comes down to what happened after the phone was left behind. Mr. Sherman called the restaurant and employees assured him that his phone would be safe until he returned to pick it up.
Well the employees at the McDonald’s decided to have the last laugh. They got a hold of some naughty pics of Mrs. Sherman from the phone and posted them online along with her name, address and phone number.
Now the Sherman are suing McDonald’s Corporation, the individual McDonald’s franchise owner, and the individuals involved for $3 million to compensate them for suffering, embarrassment, loss of earnings and the cost of moving to a new home all of which they claim resulted from the posting of the Tina Sherman nude photos and associated information online.
Good luck getting all that cash! That lady from the 1994 case who sued because the coffee was too hot was awarded $2.86 million but that was reduced a number of times before a check was written.
Keep naughty pictures away from computers and phones!
