TomKat soon to be neighbors to Oprah
Tom Cruise and lovely wife Katie Holmes have just purchased a $3.5, three acre lot from Rob Lowe so the couple can build their “dream” home. And where is the lot located, why right around the corner from good pal Oprah Winfrey’s $50 million home in Montecito, Santa Barbara. This community is considered one of the wealthiest places in America. TomKat will also be neighbors to Steven Spielberg and Kirk Douglas.
That’s a lot of G’s to be spending on land. I’d be lucky enough to set foot in a house that costs 3.5 million, let alone buy property that costs that much.
