UK Band ‘Oasis’ breaks up

Just before their show in Paris last night, Noel Gallagher and his brother Liam got into an altercation. It ended with Noel deciding to leave the band on a permanent basis. The brothers haven’t been friends for years, and managed to tolerate each other enough to perform together, but it looks like this time there won’t be a second chance.
Noel posted comments on the bands website: “It’s with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis,” said Gallagher, 42.. “People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer. Apologies to all the people who bought tickets for the shows in Paris, Konstanz and Milan.”
