Who won at the Emmy’s

September 17, 2007

Last night was the Emmy’s hosted by none other than Ryan Seacrest. Overall, the show went over well without any major snafu’s. Some of the big hitters of the night were from the show Sopranos which won for Outstanding Drama series.

Outstanding comedy series: 30 Rock

Outstanding Actress in comedy: America Ferrera from Ugly Betty

Outstanding Supporting Actress in a comedy: Jamie Pressly from My Name is Earl

Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama: Katherine Heigl from Grey’s Anatomy

Outstanding Actor from a comedy: Ricky Gervais from Extra

Outstanding Supporting Actor from a comedy: Jeremy Piven from Entourage

Also, when Sally Field’s was giving her acceptance speech for best actress in a drama series, she had to be bleeped out because she said,“If mothers ruled the world, there wouldn’t be any god-damned wars in the first place.” Not sure about that one, but whatever.
